Highly topical the Conference organized by the OUA, under the patronage of Milan Lawyers Association, at the Great Hall of the Justice Palace, on April 29th, 2014, about relationship between the law on administrative responsibility of entities and companies and the anti-corruption Italian law called Law Severino. Afterwards the presentation by the President of Milan Lawyers Association, lawyer Paolo Giuggioli and Vice-President of the OUA, lawyer Maria Grazia Bosco, Mr Enrico Massimo Manzi – Milan Court Judge, held his report on the theme: "The effectiveness of Organizational Models and Judges senteces on corruption." moderated by lawyer Angelo Leone, Coordinator of the Committee 231 of Organismo Unitario dell’ Avvocatura. Lawyer Claudio Acampora of the “ Commission 231" OUA - ODV AREXPO S.p.A., held his report on the theme: " The new law n.190/2012 and plans for the corruption prevention." Lawyer Umberto Caldarera - of the “ Commission 231" OUA - Supervisory Boards Association AODV - reported on: "Supervisory Board and the responsible for corruption prevention" In the afternoon session, Mr. Roberto Pelican, Milan Court Public Prosecutor, reported on the theme: “Environmental offences”. Lawyer Stefania Pattarini of PCR AVVOCATI MILANO lawyers firm, reported on the " Risk management by Legislative Decree 231/01: control systems, protocols and specific procedure considering Law n.190/2012," Lawyer Claudio Maruzzi of the “ Commission 231” reported on: " Organizational Models 231 and anti-corruption plans in participated organizations: open issues. " Finally Professor Luciano Pilott, as Board Chairman of AREXPO SpA, reported on the theme: "The relationship between Ethics and Business: The Governance Impact, innovation and competitiveness."
